Payment Methods

KIDS accepts Visa & Mastercard. Payments are made via Westpac secure online payments.


Via Australia Post or Courier for larger items. Please note that regional areas may incur an additional charge for bulky items (furniture etc. Further info below in ‘Postage’).  Should additional charges apply you will be contacted by the store with further information.

Delivery Destinations

We are currently only processing online orders for delivery within Australia. International orders please contact the store.


For your convenience, postage rates are:

  • Orders less than $150 = $8.50 Postage
  • Free for orders over $150

Please Note: larger items are measured on the cubic weight and may incur an extra fee, regardless of spend value. If an extra fee is payable we will contact you to confirm payment before your order is dispatched. You will then have the option of changing or cancelling your order.

Delivery Time

We will always aim to post stock items the next day, via Australian Post so that they are with you within 10 working days. Should you require your purchase on a specific date please let us know when finalising you order in the “comments” section. Please allow 4 weeks for all custom orders such as personalised artwork and lettering.

You will be contacted via email with an estimated delivery time for all furniture orders. Please allow 6-8 weeks for all furniture orders.

Exchange and Return Policy

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase from KIDS, it may be returned for exchange or credit note. Credit notes are valid for 6 months

Items will only be accepted for exchange or credit note under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached.

• A copy of receipt is included with the return.

• The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date.

Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges and that exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements.

Postage costs of returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns require a authorisation number so please contact the store via email: or on (03) 9499-1852. Refunds will be processed following receipt of the returned goods onto the credit card used at purchase.

Custom Orders

There is a no return/exchange available on personalised items, except in the case of faulty products.

Gift Wrapping

If your purchase is a gift and you would like us to wrap it for you, please let us know in the Order Notes section.

Stock Availability

There may be times when we are temporarily out of stock. Should this occur you will be contacted immediately with lead times, suggested alternatives or option to receive a full refund.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and hold your personal information confidentially. We will never pass your details on to another party.

Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our email newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that’s all. We use cookies (nom nom) to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from KIDS only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
