Your order history is saved in My Account > Orders. Here you can review a full list of what you’ve ordered and the order details.
Update your address
Update your address via My Account > Addresses. You can set your default shipping and billing address here.
Payment Methods
KID accepts Visa & Mastercard. Payments are made via Westpac secure online payments. Surcharges apply as per below:
Visa Credit: 1.5%
Visa Debit: 1.0%
Mastercard Credit: 1.5%
Mastercard Debit: 1.0%
Order status
You will receive the following notifications once you’ve placed your order.
Processing: We are picking and packing your order. If there is an issue with your order we will contact you prior to dispatch.
Completed: Your order has been processed and packed by our team. You will receive consignment details after this point.
Contact us if you have questions about the status of your order.
Free Gift Wrapping
If your purchase is a gift and you would like us to wrap it for you, please let us know in the Order Notes section.
Stock Availability
There may be times when we are temporarily out of stock. Should this occur you will be contacted immediately with lead times, suggested alternatives or option to receive a full refund. Inventory on furniture items fluctuate daily and regulars shipments and ETA’s vary between brands. Please contact us if you would like information on availability or an ETA on these items.
We do our utmost to keep all ETA’s on time, but please understand we are working on advice from manufacturers, distributors, importers etc and these ETA’s can change at times due to adverse conditions with manufacturing & shipping.
Also, please remember we are a retail store. There may be times where you are making a purchase on a popular line showing ‘in stock’ on our website someone is transacting that same item in store at the same time.
Out of Stock Items
You can backorder some items that are out of stock and we will notify when replenished. At this time you will be able to add to your order or choose to ship backorders only. Backorders will state an ETA once we’ve placed the orders. Any backorders not specifying an ETA are awaiting correspondence from the manufacturer. Please note that these are estimates only and are subject to change at any given time.
