Top 10 Toys for Christmas 2014

It’s that time of the year and rightfully so everything’s buzzing with excitement and Santa has his Elven folk on overtime.

Here at KIDS we’ve put together a list of our fave picks for Christmas 2014 which even includes a way to get your all important lists to the North Pole!

In 3, 2, 1…

1. No Christmas would be complete without a sweet set of wheels.

Our Early Rider Lite is a perfect addition to Christmas morning’s chaos! Suggested for ages approx 20 Months – 3.5 Years the Lite is a great balance bike starter and the quality of the Early Rider range is second to none.

2. Lost your balance recently? Here it is:

Areaware Balancing Blocks are a lovely little spin on classic building blocks and have some real character – check out the vid. We’re betting it’s not just the kidlets that get a kick out of these.

3. Solvej Swings

The Solvej range can bring the local playground to your lounge/verandah/carport/tree in no time at all. Designed for Indoor or Outdoor use, the toddler swing suitable from 6 months to 6 years.

4. What’s that? I can’t hear you over the volume of this RAD Bluetooth Speaker

WOW is an understatement really… Kakoii WOW Bling Bluetooth Speakers have POP! (no pun intended, actually yes it was – just don’t tell anybody). They throw out 85dB we even use these ourselves both in the shop and also when out and about. Did we mention ‘kakoii’ is Japanese for ‘cool’?

5. How does Santa know what to bring? HERE’S HOW!

The lead up to Christmas simply would not be complete without a letter (or three? Revisions are important you know) to Santa and the Make Me Iconic Post Box is the perfect way to get those wish lists & letters straight to the North Pole!

6. Up the creek, with 2 Paddles

Pinball at it’s most convenient.  Just plonk your Space Pinball game smack-bang in the middle of your living room for some family competition – but who’s keeping score anyway?

7. Hide and seek no further

Wanna hide? Such Great Heights Wonder Tents are the pick of the crop – just gorgeous! These cleverly designed tents can also be converted to a clothes rack when you’re done hiding.

8. Playable ART Ball anyone?

We’re just going to let the video do that talking for this little gem..

9. Welcome to the house of fun

New to KIDS is the Lundby Dollhouse range. Completely customisable, from the furniture to even the wallpaper these unique pieces promote endless hours of imaginative play and even include a child-safe 4.5 volt lighting system.

For some inspiration head over to the very talented blogging mum Chloe Turston – Uberkid Instagram page here to see her monochrome take on the Smaland Doll House. And if you prefer a little colour we recommend checking out Kreativa Karin (Creative Karin) on Instagram here

10. Oh Micki You’re So Fine!

Have the kidlets cook you up a storm Christmas morning with the Micki Bistro Mini Kitchen.  Compact, Retro and even includes the kitchen sink.
